15" Biflex Woofers

I have pondered using the 420 Biflex woofer in a 2 way setup with either a 511 or 811 or even a MantaRay horn with a small format driver.
The setup would be a very standard ported enclosure.
Seems to me that this could work quite nicley and allow a crossover in the 2-3K range as the woofer would do nicley up in that range.

12 and 15" biflexs can get up that high but why use such a big horn at 2-3KHz??. Some guys are using ESg1 ribbons XO above 1-2K with good results.
